Accelerating product adoption for Grow Agriculture through cinematography and full-scale trilingual localization across Zimbabwe or Malawi.
Grow Agriculture required a high-impact, engaging visual asset to demonstrate the operational and economic advantages of their Viagrow Blackmax liquid fertilizer concentrate over conventional granular options. Driven by the patented Viagrow Reacted Carbon Technology™ (RCT), the campaign aimed to educate tobacco farmers on the ease of mixing, efficiency of application, and deep community outreach programs spearheaded by the brand. byBLCK deployed a rapid field team across Mutoko to capture a structured narrative; Pristine 4K fieldwork, strategic macro demonstrations, and local language caption architectures to drive multi-regional market penetration.
/Project Goals/
The Work Done Multilingual Scripting & Dialogue Mastering: To ensure uncompromised message adoption across diverse tobacco-farming communities, we built a collaborative localization pipeline. We scripted, verified, and embedded precise translations across three target languages: English, Shona, and Chichewa. Aerodynamic Volume Comparisons: Utilizing drone tracking, we visually framed the stark contrast between standard, cumbersome granular fertilizer application and the streamlined, high-efficiency liquid dispersal of the Blackmax concentrate.

100% Native Dialect Accuracy: Seamless collaboration with the internal Grow Agriculture technical team resulted in flawlessly localized audio captioning, honoring the exact tone and context needed for local communities. Frictionless Project Acceleration: Operating under an intense 3-day turnaround schedule, byBLCK delivered initial uncaptioned drafts, a master trilingual Google Doc script matrix, and finalized captioned high-resolution files without a single hour of delay.
