We partnered with Red Couch Advisory to serve as the central visual & strategy intelligence hub for their flagship event, the Zimbabwe Family Business Summit (ZFBS).
The Zimbabwe Family Business Summit (ZFBS) is the premier networking and knowledge-sharing platform for legacy enterprises in the region. It is designed to bring together legacy business owners, industry experts, and C-suite executives to address critical themes surrounding generational wealth, succession planning, growth capital, and business resilience.
/Project Goals/
Our primary goals were to: Eliminate Fragmentation by acting as an end-to-end partner to execute a unified, institutional-grade vision across every single touchpoint. Command Trust by establishing a premium visual identity (spanning both digital infrastructure and physical stage design) that commands absolute trust from legacy business owners and elite stakeholders. Agile Execution by deploying a multi-camera cinema fleet and an agile live Media Kitchen to deliver real-time, high-end social media coverage while the event was still actively trending. Seamless Coordination through directing the physical flow of the event, translating the digital identity into a flawless real-world experience.
/Results/
We delivered a world-class visual standard that cemented ZFBS as the premier networking event for legacy & family enterprises in the region. We actively secured immense, visible ROI for top-tier corporate sponsors through targeted, cinematic social media distribution and high-fidelity photography. We also achieved a 100% cohesive brand experience, seamlessly bridging the gap between digital outreach, web registration, event collateral, and the physical stage execution.
